Thank you for shopping at womenssports! We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In the original packaging
  • With all tags still attached
  • In the same condition that you received it

Items that are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items or items purchased during promotional events (unless specified otherwise)
  • Gift cards
  • Intimate or sanitary goods (for hygiene reasons)

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at womenssportsuk@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

We will provide you with the return shipping address and any further instructions.

Please Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within approximately 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Important:

  • The original shipping cost ($9.99 for orders under $79) is non-refundable.
  • If you received free shipping (orders over $79), only the cost of the item(s) will be refunded.

4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at womenssportsuk@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order separately.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then, contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

6. Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, your order may have already been processed for shipping and cannot be canceled. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
